A favourite and well- known spice mix. Traditionally these spices are used as a marinade or coating (when mixed with yoghurt), for chicken which is then baked. Re-create this tasty dish, even without a tandoor oven. Generally, the longer the dish is left to marinade the tastier it becomes (overnight is great).
